Mind Navigation

Mind Navigation is  the extended and more advanced version of Belief Coding®.

During a Mind Navigation session we go deep into the workings of our subconscious to explore where the blocks and limiting beliefs that are holding us back come from.

Once we understand our thoughts, emotions and beliefs, we work with the memories where those beliefs got created and incredible healing takes place. This leads to huge personal growth and transformation not just in the areas where we have worked on, but  in all aspects of our lives.

It is a profound method of self-discovery and self-awareness for great personal shifts – all carried out in a very safe space and always with the intention for it to be for our highest good.

With Mind Navigation we can work in broad areas where a person may be feeling blocked and where one or even a few Belief Coding® sessions may not be enough to clear all the limiting beliefs related to that issue. The main areas I have personally worked on myself and my clients are:

Mind Navigation sessions are carried out in 3 parts – each part takes around 1-2 hrs and they are spaced out around 1 week in between.

I can also offer Mini Mind Navigation sessions that take around 2 1/2 hrs if time and cost are limited and also if the discomfort/issue is something specific that can be  tackled in one session.
